Construction on Extell’s Brooklyn condo surpasses halfway mark

Construction on Brooklyn’s soon-to-be tallest residential building has just hit a milestone. The Extell project at 138 Willoughby Street, named Brooklyn Point, has surpassed the halfway mark to its 720-foot-tall height. Once the project is complete, there will be 485 condos, asking from $837,000. Sales launched back in March with prices asking as much as $3.413 million for a three-bedroom. Read more HERE
