How fast is your turnaround?
Turnaround depends on project scope, complexity, and level of detail. Standard projects are typically completed within 5 to 7 business days, while more complex projects generally require 7 to 10 business days.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept plans and specifications in PDF format. Project files may also be shared through Dropbox or another file sharing link.
Which trades do you cover?
We provide estimating support across all CSI divisions, covering complete GC estimates as well as individual trade scopes.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on project scope, complexity, number of trades, level of detail, and turnaround requirements. Each project is reviewed individually and quoted accordingly.
