ASSEMBLY ESTIMATES

  • Assembly estimating is the macro process of gathering the overall building make up and quantities for the project and applying assembly cost data which consists of a group of unit cost line items to produce an estimate.

    • Building type, general areas, building frame, exterior enclosure, interiors, services, and building site work.

  • Common uses in the conceptual stages and for quick bids.

  • Standard format used – Uni-format II
